My Love is Black Love

Connections App Bumble: We are celebrating what Black love means in Britain today with 31 stories over 31 days. Over Black History Month we will be featuring British artists, actors, athletes, entrepreneurs and activists, who will be sharing their unscripted reflections on what love means to them. Our aim is to better represent the breadth of real and uniquely British, Black love stories but it is just the first step. In a culture where almost 3 in 4 Black people across the UK don’t see themselves represented in mainstream romantic narratives, we hope to ignite the conversation and inspire others to share their #MyLoveIsBlackLove stories.
