The Isolation Choir – White Christmas

The Isolation Choir with our last song of the year – the suitably festive White Christmas. Many of these singers come from singing groups across East Kent and Medway who sing for their health and well-being as well as the enjoyment they get out if it. This includes people living with Parkinson’s and other neurological conditions.
